     This should be clearly understood by all: While we are a diversified company in electronic products and services, at root we are a professional security company. What we provide to many are security products and systems designed to safeguard our clients operations and physical property, including both tangible and intangible assets. This focus remains at the core of our operations. Security is a priority to Greystone Systems, Inc., and to all of our personnel. Therefore, we build security aspects into all that we do. This is a major and important part of our business and one that we consider with the utmost seriousness. Security is not a secondary issue to us.

     That being said, no one knows better perhaps than we do that “security” is a relative matter. Surely it can be said and demonstrated that we go far beyond the norm in security, safeguards, and associated matters. We are responsible for what we do and the actions that we take. Similarly, we believe that persons who steal or commit other crimes are responsible for their actions; therefore, we must reasonably disclaim responsibility for certain actions of others despite having solid safeguards and security methods in place.

As a matter of security itself, we will not divulge our specific methods in certain areas. However, here are some indicators of the actions and safeguards to protect privacy, information, and assets, which we have in place:

2. Methods have been put into place to especially guard information, even on the physical level of record protection in tested, fireproof, security safes.
